Terms of service

1. Scope and Application

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the ELECTRO DEPOT online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to update these Terms for future orders; changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.

2. Contracting Party

Your contract is concluded with:
ELECTRO DEPOT
Zac De Savine, Rue des Courlis
44570 Trignac, France
Email: contact@depotstore.store
Phone: 33745740152

For any question relating to an order, these Terms, or our policies, please contact us using the details above; we aim to respond as promptly as possible.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a binding offer on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order ("invitatio ad offerendum"). When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

Once you have submitted your order, you will typically receive an automatic email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not constitute our acceptance of your offer. The contract of sale is only concluded when we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you — whichever occurs first.

Please review your order carefully before submission. If you notice an input error (for example, in the delivery address or the selected item), you may correct it before completing checkout using the standard navigation and editing functions of your browser and the checkout process.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our product pages are quoted in euros (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT) as well as any other price components required by law. These prices do not necessarily include shipping costs.

Applicable shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery destination and are clearly shown to you during the checkout process, before you place your order, so that you can review the total price — including shipping — prior to confirming your purchase.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you are presented during the checkout process. Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you, payment of the full purchase price, including any applicable shipping costs, is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be processed by a third-party payment service provider on our behalf. In such cases, the relevant provider's own terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment transaction.

6. Delivery

Unless a different delivery time is stated for a specific product or communicated to you separately, we ship ordered goods within 3–7 working days of conclusion of the contract or, where payment is required in advance, within 3–7 working days of receipt of your payment.

If, in exceptional circumstances, an ordered item is not available, we will inform you promptly. In such cases, you may withdraw from the contract and any payment already made will be refunded to you without delay.

7. Retention of Title

All goods supplied by us remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. Until full payment is received, you may not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods in a manner that would prejudice our ownership rights.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal applicable under French and EU consumer law. Full details on how to exercise this right, the conditions that apply, and how refunds are handled can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We encourage you to read that policy before placing an order, and to contact us using the details in Section 2 above if you have any questions about returning an item.

9. Warranty

Goods purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty rights afforded to consumers under French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. These statutory guarantees exist independently of, and in addition to, any commercial warranty that may be offered by a manufacturer.

If you believe that goods you have received are faulty, damaged, or otherwise do not conform to your order, please contact us using the details set out in Section 2 so that we can assist you in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution ("ODR") platform, which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform is intended to help consumers and traders resolve disputes relating to online purchases without having to go to court.

We are not obligated, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms, and any contract concluded through our online store, are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.

Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced, to the extent possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects its economic intent.
